We began working with Matt to sell our home in RI a few weeks before closing on our new home in MA. He replied almost instantaneously to our inquiry - we were speaking via phone within an hour and he set up an appointment to come to our house a few days later. He came to the meeting prepared and ready to get to work. We wanted to put our house on the market right after we moved, and Matt did all the prep work to make sure everything was ready as soon as we wanted to list. That included getting all the listing paperwork signed and squared away and having a professional photographer take photos. With Matt's social media savvy, we even had a few showings set up before we were live on MLS. When our first buyers backed out due to a change of heart, Matt took it as a small bump in the road and went full steam ahead contacting other interested buyers and using creative marketing techniques; he even organized a mega open house with two other homes for sale on our street. Our second buyers had the buyer of their home back out as well, and again, Matt was there to guide us every step of the way and offered great advice. We were able to sell our home to the second buyers and close before our end-of-summer goal.
